Volunteer Roles
Welcome Tent Volunteers: Greet guests, hand out maps and schedules, answer questions, and help everyone feel at home. Perfect for: Outgoing, friendly people who enjoy welcoming others.
Hospitality Volunteers: Support presenters and volunteers by helping with check-in, refreshments, and rest breaks. Perfect for: Helpful, caring individuals who like working behind the scenes.
Floaters: Be ready to jump in wherever needed—covering shifts, assisting stations, or helping with logistics. Perfect for: Flexible, team-oriented volunteers who like variety and staying active.
Set-Up & Breakdown Crew: Help bring the Frolic to life by assisting with event setup and cleanup. Duties may include setting up tents, tables, signs, and supplies before the festival — and packing up afterward. Perfect for: Dependable, energetic volunteers who don’t mind a little lifting and teamwork.
