Patient and Family Support Volunteer

Visit our adult and pediatric patients where they receive care. You may choose to spend quality time reading with them, taking walks, writing letters or simply enjoying conversations with them. Volunteers give family caregivers an opportunity to run personal errands or take some quality respite time away from their day-to-day duties. Patient visits usually last two hours or less. We provide specialized training. All volunteers must complete Community Hospice's volunteer onboarding and training.
